Alimena Limousine is determined to provide you with a fun, memorable, and safe evening to remember. To do this we require all persons to sign a Limousine Prom Agreement and agree and promise to abide by all of these Terms and Conditions.

• There shall be no other individuals allowed in the limousine except those signed below.
• There shall be no alcohol or drugs of any kind in the limousine at any time for any reason. Each passenger signed herein certifies and agrees that there will be no alcohol or drugs of any kind inside the limo at any time of this charter and that no one has consumed alcohol or done any type of drug prior to the charter or at anytime during the duration of the charter.
• There shall be no sexual activity of any kind in the limousine at any time during this charter.
• The window divider between the cabin and driver must be kept down at all times.
• Each individual signed herein understands and agrees not to standup through the sunroof or stick any part of the body or item out the sunroof or window while on public streets. It is illegal to stick any part of the body or any item outside the sunroof or window on public streets.
• All passengers signed herein understand that any damage to property inside or outside the limousine caused by misuse, force, fighting, rough play or any other inappropriate manor will be charged to the individual hiring and paying for the limousine.

Consequences for not abiding by Terms and Conditions listed herein:

• If the driver has the suspicion of or detects alcohol or drugs at any time he maintains the right to stop the vehicle at any time and maintains the right to ask any or all individuals to remove items from clothes pockets, handbags, general bags, etc. to search  for alcohol or drugs of any kind.
• If the driver detects and finds alcohol or drugs, destruction of property as listed above, feels that any passenger has become unsafe, dangerous or destructive or there is any violation to this agreement at any time during the charter he maintains the right to stop the vehicle at any time, remove each person from the vehicle in the closest appropriate and safe location, terminate the charter and call the police and/or parents of the passengers to be picked up. The full estimated time for the charter will be charged to the client.
